4. Compliance with Meta & Instagram Policies

Because Nodem interacts with Instagram, you must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. You acknowledge that violation of Meta's or Instagram's policies through your use of Nodem may result in the suspension or termination of your Instagram account as well as your Nodem account. We are not liable for any actions taken by Meta against your account.

5. Non-Affiliation with Meta

Nodem is an independent application developed by a third party. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. The service availability may be affected by changes to the Instagram API, which are beyond our control.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Certain features of Nodem are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or if your use of the service creates legal liability or risks for us or Meta.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
